Shipping Charges - Courier

Orders placed on our website may be collected from our store in Turffontein. Collections must be made at the cosmetic counter upon presentation of valid proof of purchase.

Customers have 30 days to collect their order. The 30-day collection period begins once you receive a “Ready for Collection” notification via email or WhatsApp.

• Collection Period: Orders must be collected within 30 days from the date of the “Ready for Collection” notification.
• Extensions: Requests to extend the 30-day collection period may be considered if written notice is sent to orders@ascotcosmetics.co.za before the expiry of the collection period.
• Failure to Collect: If an order is not collected within 30 days, it will be returned to the store, the order will be cancelled, and the customer will be refunded the order value less a 5% processing fee.
• Collection Hours: Orders may be collected during store hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 09h00 – 16h45
  • Saturday: 09h00 – 12h45
  • Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
• Collecting on Behalf of Someone: A customer may nominate another person to collect their order, provided written notification is sent via email in advance.
