Ascot Direct is an authorised retailer of all products found on Ascot Direct. This means our goods are always fresh and bought directly from the manufacturer. You won’t find any “grey market” goods that are damaged or old on our site.
It’s easy – simply, fill your online “shopping cart” and pay by credit card or eBucks. Orders placed Monday through Friday will usually be delivered within 2 to 3 working days once the order has been processed. Please note, that in regional areas and during the festive season, mother’s day, etc… deliveries can take a little longer. Saturday and Sunday orders will be shipped on Monday. Within 30 minutes, an order confirmation will be sent via email.

Shipping and Handling
Ascot Direct ships most orders placed Monday through Friday on the day that we receive them if received before 12h00. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday. Keep in mind that if you are shopping from outside South Africa, your order may take a little longer than normal to deliver.
For example, If you place your online order before 12h00 on a Monday and select “Main Area” delivery, it will be shipped on Monday evening and should arrive on Wednesday. Is that great or what.

Back Orders and Out of Stock
If you order something that is back ordered or out of stock, we’ll email you and let you know when you can expect it. We can either deliver it to you, or you will have the option of changing your order.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love everything you buy from Ascot Direct. If something doesn’t work out, please call customer service on 011 683 8000. Please note that products that are not in their original wrapping can unfortunately not be exchanged.

Ascot Direct doesn’t make any claims about the efficacy or health benefits of any products it sells.
When you make an order at Ascot Direct, we issue you a confirmation number on screen and via email. Use this number if you call or write to us about your order.

Gift wrap is available for all purchases from Ascot Direct (Gift wrap is free) . Please indicate under “delivery instruction” that the purchase is a gift and specify ,and no invoice will be sent with the package. You can include a message with the gift. NOTE: Your entire order will be sent to one address. If you’re buying gifts for more than one person, order for each person separately.
